Platform Adoption for Enterprise.
Deploy an XVICA-developed platform configured for your environment. Enterprise licensing with dedicated support, SLA commitments, and optional managed operations.
Model
The fastest route to institutional-grade capability when the alternative is a multi-year programme.
Under Platform Adoption, you license and operate an XVICA-developed platform configured for your environment. XVICA provides the platform, configuration, onboarding, support, and optional managed operations. You retain control of data, policy, and integration into your estate. Commercial terms are transparent; exit arrangements are agreed at contract.
From contract to production
A typical deployment runs from commercial agreement to first production cutover in eight to sixteen weeks, depending on integration scope.
Assessment
Technical and regulatory assessment, integration scope, and deployment architecture. Fixed-fee discovery before any longer-term commitment.
Configuration
Platform configured to your policy, integration points wired to systems of record, and access controls scoped to your populations.
Onboarding
Parallel-run, cutover, and documented handover. Runbooks, operating procedures, and training delivered before go-live.
Operate
Support under SLA with named response and escalation. Optional managed operations including monitoring, change, and attestation.
What’s included
Every Platform Adoption engagement covers a defined set of deliverables. Specifics vary by platform.
Licensed platform
The core XVICA-developed platform under enterprise licensing with committed volumes.
Configuration and integration
Platform configured to your policy, integrated with your systems of record and identity providers.
Security controls
Encryption, key management, audit logging, and control evidence collection as part of the platform.
Compliance evidence
Control evidence suitable for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and sectoral regimes produced continuously.
Support and SLA
Tiered support with documented response and resolution times matched to severity.
Updates and releases
Scheduled platform updates under change control with forward-compatible configuration.
Optional add-ons
Managed operations, dedicated security monitoring, extended SLAs, and custom integration packs are available as separate statements of work. Where deeper customisation is required, a Co-Build + Operate engagement is usually the better fit.
How this is priced
Transparent, structured, and matched to the work rather than the headcount.
Platform fees
Annual licence with committed volumes. Usage above committed tier is priced at declared unit rates. No variable fees that depend on internal metrics we do not control.
Professional services
Configuration, integration, and onboarding delivered under a separate statement of work with fixed milestones and deliverable acceptance.
Managed operations
Optional managed operations priced against a declared SLA matrix. Service credits tied to SLA performance, not invoked only through formal claim.
Exit
Exit assistance agreed at contract: data export in documented formats, time-bounded access to historical data, and structured transfer to a replacement platform.
Where Platform Adoption is the right model
Specific capability gap
A named capability (compliance engine, identity platform, settlement layer) where a multi-year build is the wrong answer.
Time-to-value pressure
Regulatory deadline, business milestone, or market entry where a platform that works today beats bespoke build later.
Proven-pattern problem
Problems where institutional-grade solutions exist; the differentiation is elsewhere in the stack, not in this capability.
Sub-scale internal team
Teams that cannot justify the in-house expertise required to build and operate the capability safely.
Risk-aware procurement
Organisations that want predictable cost, defined SLAs, and explicit exit arrangements rather than open-ended engagements.
Multi-entity rollout
Groups that need a consistent capability across subsidiaries or operating units without per-entity rebuild.

What is Platform Adoption in practice?
You license and operate an XVICA-developed platform configured for your environment. XVICA provides the platform, configuration, onboarding, support, and optional managed operations. You retain control of data, policy, and integration into your estate.
How is commercial structure handled?
Platform fees are quoted annually with committed volumes. Professional services for configuration, integration, and onboarding are delivered under a separate statement of work. Optional managed operations carry a dedicated SLA and are priced separately.
What happens to data if we exit?
All data remains yours throughout. Exit arrangements are agreed at contract: structured data exports in documented formats, time-bound access to historical systems, and transfer assistance for replacement platforms.
Can we extend or customise the platform?
Yes, within documented extension points. Deeper customisation is typically delivered as a Co-Build engagement so the result is operable over time.
